The large villa is distributed over two floors. Large dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV directly connected to the outdoor area. For culinary lovers, you will find everything you need in the large kitchen with an island that will provide you with the elements you need to enjoy culinary moments. Large main hall with two armchairs for reading moments. On the ground floor there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and two rooms with two single beds and one of the bathrooms with a shower. On the first floor are the rest of the rooms, a room with two single beds and a double room with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor the two rooms connect to a large balcony.



Charming outdoor spaces to enjoy life outdoors. Enjoy refreshing baths in the 9m x 5m pool surrounded by loungers where you can relax and tan under the Mallorca sun. Barbecue area with a large table, where you can eat outdoors with family or friends. For grill lovers, next to the outdoor table is the large stone barbecue. Take a moment to relax and enjoy a good book in the chill out located in the front outdoor area.



Roman villa is located in a quiet area just minutes away from everything necessary. 7 minutes by car from Sa Pobla Town, known for its typical Mallorca products and its square where you can find typical Mallorca restaurants. Located 16 minutes by car from one of Mallorca's best beaches, known for its fine sand and crystal-clear waters.
