The location is great!! Right on the beach and close all the beautiful buildings of South Beach. Host was really great at communication and it was so nice to have parking, beach access with chairs, and the pool was a nice addition. I would say the listing is better for a couple then friends or families as it’s only one room but it was a nice, cool retreat!

The studio is small, but has everything you need. Made me rethink minimalist living. And the location is perfect for all South Beach activities. Terri, Anita, and Luiz took great care of us and were always accessible - before check-in and throughout our trip - they provided meaningful information clear instructions and warm support. Very desirable location to beach, many varied restaurants close, including a CVS where we were able to purchase some staples to eat in our rental. Site-seeing historical places within close walking distance. We Ubered from airport, close enough you dont need to rent vehicle. Manager readily accessible, answered quickly. Laundry appliances available so we had hardly any luggage.
