This freshly renovated 3BR/2BA home is a woodsy retreat in western Flagstaff, a short drive or bike ride from downtown. The 1,416 square foot floor plan features new wood floors, a modern kitchen outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a serene master suite with a private patio.

Relax by the light of a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, or host a cookout on an ultra-private deck overlooking the large fenced yard. As the world’s first “International Dark Sky City,” Flagstaff is a prime destination for stargazing, and Lowell Observatory is close by.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace in the sunlit living room, furnished with a comfy leather sofa and a pair of easy chairs. After a day of adventure, find your favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen.

KITCHEN & DINING

The newly renovated kitchen features plenty of granite counter space and a fleet of stainless steel appliances -- including a side-by-side fridge and gas range. Find ample gadgets to assist with meal preparation.

Two can perch at the granite bar while dinner simmers, and a charming dining table seats four to home-cooked meals.

BED & BATH

The home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, furnished with a stately king bed. French doors lead to a private patio. The en-suite master bathroom features a jetted tub/shower combination.

The guest room has a comfy full-size bed, while the third bedroom features a dreamy queen bed.

This forested getaway features a 300-year-old ponderosa pine tree growing through the front deck. The vast and hilly fenced yard includes a private tiered deck that’s perfect for afternoon cookouts, complete with a charcoal grill and a four-person dining table.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway).

This two-story home is accessed via one flight of stairs at the entryway. The property does not have air-conditioning.

This quiet retreat is close to the Coconino National Forest, and beautiful hiking trails are easily accessible. Downtown Flagstaff is just over 3 miles away, and the famous Lowell Observatory awaits in 4.2 miles. See the iconic red rocks of Sedona within a 45-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
