Porcelain plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, theme appliances. Comfortable living room with sofa, club chair, sharing library, record player and vintage albums. Fully fenced yard with charcoal BBQ, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table. 55" Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with streaming WiFi connection.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!

Downtown Flagstaff is a special place. We like eclectic pre-war neighborhoods with restaurants, shopping, parks and trails within walking distance. This neighborhood meets our criteria and then some.

The home is very comfortable with the charm of a pre-war bungalow. It is unique while also offering the creature comforts of fast WiFi, Smart Samsung TVs in the living room and bedrooms, modern appliances, air conditioning, fireplace, Adirondack chairs outside around a fire pit, a charcoal BBQ grill, and picnic table inside the fully fenced yard.
