Our stay was awesome! Loved the location. Uber was great getting us around so we could leave car parked. Just what we needed and such stylish design and decor! Appliances were great. Bathroom was incredible. Entry was quick and easy! Host was great to work with and provides so much! Thank you for the great stay!!
Super clean all over, very nice large shower with a stone feature wall and body jets. There is an Irish bar 2 doors down with great nachos, burgers, and salads. 100% will book again.

It's clean and super cute! The location is accurate. Parking on the street near the VRBO was not easy to get and is free from 6pm to 8am during the week. Communication with the owner was great!

Location couldn't have been better. My husband and I easily walked to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and even saw a concert at the Carolina theater.

The location is great is and only a short walk to many restaurants and local music and theatre venues.
The accommodations are clean, bright, inviting and well appointed with all the amenities of home. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.

Thank you for the comment, Randy. I'm thrilled that everything was to your liking and I certainly hope that you will return often!
This unit is centrally located and the price is right. The unit is in great shape and has absolutely everything you'll need. We parked on the street for the entire week for free, and we did not see anyone giving tickets. Elm St. is just a few blocks away and there are lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very communicative and got back to us quickly on any questions. Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean but smelled of smoke. Parking near the condo was difficult. No spaces available.

Wow, Gina. I'm sorry you had that experience. Not sure where the smoke came from. And most guests comment that the parking is easy as it's right out front of the building. I certainly hope you'll be back and have a better experience!
About the host
Hosted by Karen Rittenhouse
I moved to Greensboro from Pasadena, California in 1985. I've stayed because I love it! The beauty of the 4 mild seasons is the best anywhere. I live in the heart of downtown Greensboro, just a few blocks from my short-term rental condo. I wanted a place where guests could come to stay and enjoy the city and the activities it provides as much as I do.
Why they chose this property
The proximity in the heart of downtown Greensboro makes it the perfect location whether you're visiting colleges or stopping by for the Blues Festival in May, the Folk Festival in September or the Broadway plays going year round at the Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. Downtown offers street vendors, food trucks, and regular performances in both the Center City Park and LeBauer Park only a few blocks away. Or stay out for First Friday, with nighttime performances and late access to local shopping and dining the First Friday night of every month. So much to see and to do in this city and you'll be staying right in the heart of it all!
What makes this property unique
This condo is on street level with a front wall of windows - perfect for watching all the city street activity! Best of all, during the day you can see out - but they can't see in!
