Stylish and maritime-style on 56 m², the Meerkieker holiday apartment offers everything that makes for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The apartment is in the second row to the Baltic Sea and convinces with a side sea view. The newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops is in the immediate vicinity.

2 rooms with balcony can accommodate 4 guests. The new kitchen has been equipped with high-quality appliances and the cozy dining area is perfectly integrated into the room. In the large and bright living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide). From here you can also access the furnished balcony with a partial sea view. More seating can be found in the hallway. The separate, spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 cm wide) and a spacious wardrobe. The interior bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine completes the offer.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LCD TV with DVD player invite you to exciting film evenings. Wi-Fi access and a portable radio are also part of the entertainment.
Design & style
56 m² are optimally used with the high-quality and cozy furnishings and leave nothing to be desired. The maritime decoration with great attention to detail creates a special feel-good atmosphere.

Parking & bicycles

Der Grundriss ist meiner Meinung nach unglücklich gewählt. Das Schlafzimmer riesig, das Wohnzimmer eher klein, die Essecke in der Küche so schmal, dass man zu viert noch gerade so sitzen kann. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit gutem Wetter war es ok, einen längeren Familienurlaub würde ich dort nicht verbringen wollen.

Eine nette Wohnung

Wir konnten vor 15.00 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen und waren darüber sehr erfreut. Die Nähe zum Strand, inklusiver seitl. Meerblick sind super. Die Wohnung war sauber, und auch das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Bad war sehr ordentlich. Das Bett und die Küchenmöbel sind für große Leute ideal. Für den Herd hätten wir gern eine Bedienungsanleitung gehabt, es gab Probleme mit der Kindersicherung. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus, auch das war sehr angenehm.

Nette und saubere Unterkunft im Herzen Scharbeutz. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Bad ist etwas überholubgsbedürrtig aber ansonsten alles ganz prima!

Die gut eingerichtete FeWo liegt nur 100m von der Strandallee mit Bäcker, Restaurants etc., entfernt. Der Balkon geht nach Norden, aber beim Frühstück in der Küche kann man in der Sonne sitzen

Eine Ferienwohnung mit super Lage und guter Ausstattung.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gänzlich in einem netten Still eigerichtet. Maximal für 4 Personen geeignet. Das zusätzliche Sofa ermöglicht bei Bedarf getrenntes Schlafen. Die Küche mit der Essecke etwas eng. Vom Balkon, der schön dekoriert ist, hat man einen Seitenblick aufs Meer und die Promenade. Im Inserat fehlt die Angabe , dass zur Grundausstattung nur 1 Toilettenpapier-Rolle gehört. Daher wird es angeraten, etwas Vorrat mitzubringen.

Zentrale Lage mit Meerblick

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick. Bis zum Strand geschätzte 200 Meter. Spülmaschine, Toaster etc. war alles vorhanden. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne , zentrale Lage. Schöner Ausblick.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige. helle und ansprechende Wohnung. Leider wurden wir mehrfach von Mietern ( wahrscheinlich Wohnungsinhabern) gemaßregelt wegen der Kellertür. in unserem eigenen Interesse haben wir die Tür immer verschlossen, da ja auch unsere Räder im Keller standen. Das hat uns den Urlaub etwas verhagelt, es war einfach nur nervig.

Sehr gute Lage, nah am Strand. Internet könnte besser sein. Und die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer verdunkeln nicht richtig. Ansonsten aber super. Auch bei der Agentur fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben.
