Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Connor took such great care of you and that you enjoyed another wonderful stay at Barefoot Cottages. We also really appreciate your constructive notes on the cottage—feedback like this helps us make real improvements for our guests: Flooring & Overhead Light: We’re having our maintenance team inspect the 1st-floor flooring joints right away, as well as repair the overhead light fixture in the master bedroom. Washcloths & Furnishings: We are increasing the washcloth inventory immediately and looking into adding end tables and extra lamps in the living area to make the space even more comfortable. It’s an honor to be part of your yearly tradition, and we’d love to welcome you back for year six! Safe travels!

Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience and that the cottage exceeded your expectations. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and the suggestions you provided. Since your stay, we’ve taken action to address the concerns you mentioned: a deep clean has been conducted, the cleaning crew has been replaced, and repairs have been scheduled to ensure the property is in excellent condition. We’re committed to making each guest’s experience better, and your input has been invaluable in helping us improve. We hope to welcome you back in the future to enjoy the updates firsthand.

Thank you for your fantastic review! We're so glad you had a fabulous trip and enjoyed the condo’s cleanliness, convenient location, and well-stocked amenities. The screened porches sound like the perfect spot to unwind with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! We appreciate your feedback about the towels and will keep it in mind for future stays. Your 10 out of 10 rating means so much to us, and we’d love to welcome you back again soon! 😊

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts—we truly value all feedback. Just to offer full transparency: the guest had initially requested to cancel before their stay, but chose to move forward with the reservation after learning that a full refund couldn’t be granted outside our cancellation policy. Additionally, a pet was brought to the property without prior authorization, which is against our house rules. We understand that travel plans and expectations can shift, and we’re always working to provide clear communication and a welcoming experience. We’re grateful for the opportunity to host and remain committed to improving wherever we can.
