During the summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day) our rentals are primarily Sat-Sat or Sun-Sat with a 6-night minimum. During the off-season, we have a 2-night minimum. Please send an inquiry about future rentals.
**The primary renter must be 21 years old and staying at the condo. We DO NOT Rent to Minors = Under the Age of 21. No Parties or Events (10 people MAX) are allowed at the Condo or Complex.**
Please note that we have 3 dogs that use the condo with us throughout the year, typically for a week. We don’t allow them in the back bedroom and do everything we can to remove their pet hair. Even with the best cleaning company and my over-the-top cleaning before the cleaners arrive, pet hair will be in the condo. If this will be a problem for you or your group, please consider other rentals – we will not issue refunds for pet hair in the condo or sunporch. During our first 3 years, no one complained about the cleanliness of the condo or sunporch.
Now back to the Important Stuff
Family-friendly, Great Value, Awesome Location—close to Everything—sleeps 6 (ideally 4)—2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with Tub/Shower, Washer/Dryer, Electric Stove, 2 outdoor Propane Grills, Comcast/Xfinity TV, WiFi Included.
• Easy access / ground-level condominium that sleeps 6. Ideally, 4 but 6 are allowed.
There are no streets to cross to get to the beach, so you don't have to play Frogger to get to and from the beach (the Condo is on the Beach Block in Dewey Beach, Delaware—5 buildings/homes to the Sand Dunes for the Atlantic Ocean).
**Smoke-Free/Vape-Free Complex!**
The condo and property, including the complex's parking lot, are smoke-free, which includes vaping, e-cigarettes, or anything else that creates smoke.
Bedrooms
• Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (Front bedroom has a Queen Bed & the other has 2 Twin/Single Beds), and there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area
• In addition to the bed(s), both Bedrooms have a dresser, mirror, one bedside table, and a table light. The Front bedroom has 2 dressers and 2 nightstands
• A ductless mini split system was installed in June 2020 — heat pump/air conditioning in both bedrooms with remotes. Baseboard electric heaters are also available for warmth during off-season stays.
• **Guests can bring their own Linens/Sheets and Towels, OR they can be rented.
If renting Sheets, Towels, or beach Gear, our guests who have done this in the past have used 227Rent.com.

They recommend ordering at least a week in advance on their website. Your order can be picked up or dropped off for an added charge. They can accommodate last-minute requests if you pick them up.
• The condo provides plenty of Pillows (10 sleeping pillows) and Blankets (at least 6).
Kitchen
• The Galley-Style Kitchen has all necessary glass/chinaware, utensils, and cookware, with a small microwave, small electric oven with 4-burner stovetop, air fryer, Mr. Coffee Maker (plenty of coffee and coffee filters available in the condo; I'm not sure about the free coffee supply; usually, there is some available), dishwasher, and washer/dryer—now including 2 baking sheets and some cleaning supplies for the house and the dishwasher/washer.
• If you plan on cooking, we provide some aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and/or Ziploc bags. If you finish a roll of aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or a box of Ziploc bags, please replace them for the next guest. You should bring any food, beverages, spices, or condiments you need during your stay. The condo should have kitchen and bathroom trash bags under the respective sinks. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink.
Bathroom
• One bathroom with updated fixtures, tiled, and a tub/shower (Tankless Hot Water Heater—hot Water on Demand—once the water is hot, it stays hot). The bathroom ceiling has a heater to keep the bathroom nice and warm on those occasional cold, rainy days.
• 1 hairdryer is provided with 4 attachments I've been told it's a good hair dryer (I'm a bald man so I rely on others regarding hair equipment/products.)
• 2-4 full rolls of toilet paper and 2-3 full rolls of paper towels should be in the Condo when you arrive and leave. Please leave good toilet paper and paper towels that have 3rd sheets!
• In October 2023, we replaced the toilet and installed a tall 16.5" ADA-compliant elongated Toilet with a slow-closing seat/lid. I'm a 6'3", 265 lb Male, and I Love this new addition to the bathroom.
Living Area
• Queen-size sleeper sofa, matching accent chair - the chair does NOT turn into a bed, some games, puzzles, 3 decks of playing cards, UNO, 2 side tables with lamps, ceiling fan/light, TV stand, Flat-screen TV, dining table with 2 chairs, and baseboard heater. April 2025, we just added an owner's storage closet 24x30x84, which makes the area a bit crowded, but it helps our cleaning company, so please understand that it was needed.
TV/Internet
• High-speed Xfinity/Comcast internet, and 2 TVs - one in the living area (Smart TV) and the other in the enclosed screened-in sun porch area, both with Xfinity/Comcast voice control remotes. We are exploring dropping our cable and switching over to a streaming service or using a digital antenna. As of 4/26/25, we still have cable, and we will always have high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.
Screened-in Sun Porch
• 2 wicker chairs, matching wicker loveseat, table, 2 chairs (in addition to the dining chairs in the living area), a bench, and a shoe bench with 1 double empty milk crate for your shoes, wall-mounted SMALL flat-screen TV. In November 2023, we upgraded the windows in the sunporch, and they are open to enjoying the ocean's summer night breeze. In March 2024, we changed our sunporch blinds to wireless motorized blinds that can only be raised or lowered by remote.
Common Areas
• Common areas for the 2 Buildings / 8 Condos: courtyard in between the buildings with 2 gas grills, ample Adirondack seating, 2 picnic tables, and 2 outdoor showers in the back.

Parking
• 2 Parking Spaces available - First is the Complex Parking Lot. From a loading/unloading view, it is probably best to park head in the parking lot. Second is a Seasonal Parking Permit for the Street or anywhere in Dewey Beach - zone 4012. Please pay attention to the parking signs posted in the town. New for 2024, both sides of the street for our beach block are perpendicular & head-in first ONLY parking, regardless of the time of the year. Parking tickets start at $45. If you need additional parking permits, they can be purchased on the Town of Dewey Beach website, at the Town Hall, 105 Rodney Ave, or you can pay hourly/daily/weekly via a parking app.
Pets
• Unfortunately, Guests are NOT able to Bring Pets. It's an insurance thing. Service Dogs, of course, are welcome (falsely claiming a dog is a service dog is a felony.)
Additional Info about Renting
• Rentals are by the week during the summer, and outside of the summer season, a 2-night minimum is required. Occasionally, exceptions are made.
• Multiple-week or monthly rentals receive discounted prices based on market conditions.
• Message the Owner if you want to rent our condo in the next 12 months.
