This was a great location for me and my family. Clean condo with nice upgrades. Would def stay here again. Could’ve used a few more hand towels and wash cloths in the bathroom for my family of 4.

It's a very cute little place. Steps to the beach. For the most part it was clean, but the floors left my feet black from walking on them... not very clean. One of the lamps in the living room was broken, even changed the lightbulb, and plugged it into a different socket, nothing worked. The restaurant and hotel access the street was very busy and loud 24/7, made it very hard to sleep. Pismo Beach is so beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. We had a nice time, just wish we cold of slept in peace. :-)

Pros: Super close to beach, literally a few steps and you’re there. Walkable distance to the pier and shops which was great. Very clean house with nice upgrades. The housekeeping staff was great and spent hours cleaning down the outside patio area.Cons: Street parking was tricky especially since we had to go to the grocery store as there was no salt/pepper/cooking oil/nothing. Typically the basics are included or folks leave items for the next person. Took 45 minutes to find a parking spot coming from the market on a Saturday, but finally found one several blocks over. Also, no outside showers or even a hose to wash sand off, so it was very difficult to keep the house clean, luckily we found the broom and vacuum but would have been nice to wash off before entering the house. Overall: We had a pleasant stay with a few annoyances but everything worked out in the end.

The Beach House

We loved this little beach house! It had everything we needed to stay in and cook, walk just a few steps to the beach and enjoy the closeness of Pismo ! I'd highly recommend this stay! It was very clean , and comfortable!

Great stay

Great location, very clean and spacious. Kitchen serves 4 people. Walkable to everything. Note that washer and dryer are community in the garage and unit doesn’t include parking which wasn’t clear in the description. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Nice place, very clean, offered extra towels and beach towels which was nice. Parking was an issue. There is street parking but it filled up quickly especially on the weekends. Location was great though and response from the hosts was quick when we contacted them. Pismo is a lovely place to stay!

Perfect for our family vacation

We decided fairly last minute to take a trip over the Christmas break. This was absolutely perfect for us. The property managers were great at communicating with us, and the unit was bigger than I had expected. Being on the beach made the whole trip for the kids. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience.

Squeaky clean, effortless no-contact check in and check out, immediate responses to questions. Would deserve 5 stars, but took off one because the description did not clearly state that this particular unit unlike most of the others in the building had no ocean view.

Perfect location right on the beach

Couldn’t be closer to the beach and was an excellent location for the event we were in town for. Owners were very swift to respond to our request to extend our reservation by an extra day. Sadly the electronic lock code was not extended so our last day we had to organize someone being present all day but we managed. Could have done with a few extra towels and an additional blanket but otherwise we had a great stay and would book this place again next time we’re in the area.

Location wise this was a perfect place. Steps away from the beach. Two blocks from the pier, restaurants, and shops. The main bed was comfortable. Kitchen had supplies like toaster and other small appliances. There is a shared grill outside, which we didn't use. They had beach chairs and beach towels, which was nice. It would have been nice to have shampoo for the shower and maybe a few beach toys for kids. I'm not sure if all of the units are owned by the same company, but maybe having a shared storage box with some beach toys (with a sign above that says please rinse toys before returning). We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location, Lovely Apartment

This little apartment is in the absolute perfect location and is so roomy. We enjoyed lots of long walks on the beach during the day and listening to the waves from the apartment night. I loved self-check in and not having to remember a key each time we left. Parking wasnt bad at all for us because we walked everywhere once we checked in. The only con is so minor and probably very personal but I will share that whatever cleaning solution they used left a very strong scent on the first day of check-in that was a bit bothersome, but we opened all the windows and it mostly cleared by the next day. If you're sensitive to smells, you may want to plan to spend a few hours out right after you first check in.

This apartment is steps from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Because street parking was limited, we parked our car and were able to leave it there all weekend. Although I was concerned it might be noisy during the Fourth of July weekend, we had no issues at all. The kitchen included a coffee pot and all the basic essentials. Very clean! We would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Pismo Beach.

We decided to do a staycation for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Living in Paso we just wanted to get away from the Summer heat, this place was perfect! Close to everything and steps from the beach! We would return every weekend if we could!
