A group of 8 of us went to the Bourbon and Beyond Festival and rented this VRBO for 5 nights. The host, Matt, was extremely accomodating, communicative, and helpful to us. We absolutely loved the backyard area and the ease of cooking in the kitchen and grilling. We all had a wonderful time and I would choose this home were I to visit Louisville again.

This house is exactly as advertised and convenient to downtown, bourbon trail, camps Churchill downs and the freeways. Clean and updated, my wife wanted to get this kitchen moved to our house, lol. Family of 5 with plenty of space. Communication was Top Notch throughout, Matt and Melissa have a great well run property!

Charming speakeasy house

The house was great to stay and was plenty big for us. Close enough for us to the downtown area and other areas. We absolutely loved staying in this historic home for our annual girls trip!! Mathew & Melissa have done an amazing job with this house - plenty of space, comfortables beds and great bathrooms, and a fabulous large kitchen and dining area! amazing stay!

This is our second time staying at this house and had a great experience this time as well. The house is well appointed. We enjoyed the firepit one night and have zero complaints! Also Matt is really communicative if you need to reach out about anything.
