Located off a cul-de-sac and on one acre, this stunning home provides a private paradise near all the action. Spend fun-filled days exploring the area - your retreat is just down the road from downtown Paso Robles and fantastic wineries. Picnic baskets and other supplies are provided.

At home, find abundant outdoor space. A private deck offers multiple access points and spans nearly 1,000 square feet. The sprawling yard boasts beautiful landscaping and incredible views of the mountains and the surrounding area. Alfresco dining and several lounge areas provide generous seating, creating a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee. In the afternoons, cook out on the gas grill and enjoy family games like cornhole on the large cemented area. Two firepits (one gas and one wood) provide added outdoor allure.

Inside, 2,474 square feet of stylish living space features large windows and soaring ceilings. Family-friendly items include board games. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with upscale stainless steel appliances like a five-burner gas range and French-door fridge. A large kitchen island provides plenty of prep space, while an enormous pantry includes an additional sink, wine fridge, and coffee maker.

Comfort awaits in the primary suite, outfitted with a reading nook, desk, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a large steam shower and separate soaking tub. The bunk room offers a twin-over-double bunk bed with a trundle.

This vacation rental is not suitable for parties.
The occupancy rules for Paso Robles clearly state there should be no more than 10 people during the day.
There is a fourth bedroom in this home that is not accessible or available to guests with its own separate entry as the owner occupies this room. Due to its separate entryway, the owner will not enter the rest of the property, nor will it present any disruption to guests. Guests still have a private entrance to the home and have access to the entire home besides this one room that will remain off-limits at all times.
This home uses a tankless water heater, and it could take up to five minutes to heat the primary bathroom since it's farthest away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Two face the backyard, one points to the front yard, one overlooks the driveway, and one faces the front stoop.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
