Hickory floors mirror new pine ceilings in the open-concept common area. Kick back beside the wood-burning fireplace in the posh sitting area. Cinematic movie screenings are in store in the living room, detailed with modern furnishings and a 65in smart TV. Meal preparation is a breeze with ample granite counter space and a full suite of appliances - including a gas range and a side-by-side fridge. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. A polished dining table is perfect for special meals.

Sleep like royalty in the huge primary bedroom, where there's a king bed, queen sofa bed, and 55in cable TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a sauna. Find a plush queen bed in the guest room. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, plus a twin trundle. A 43in Roku TV adds to the appeal. A custom tub/shower combination rounds out the guest bathroom.

Fire up the gas grill on your covered back deck, then take a restorative soak in the hot tub. The beautifully landscaped yard has a gas firepit with plenty of seating amidst the tall evergreens.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
