Great Location!

The location of this condo was perfect! It is just across the street from the beach and trolley stop is just across the street as well, so there is really no need for a golf cart unless you just want the experience. I actually brought mine but wish I wouldn’t have. The condo has almost everything you will need for the beach. The beach chairs are very low so if you like to sit up a bit higher with more back support, I suggest bringing your own. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable. The unit is close to the road but the noise was not a factor for sleeping. We found the condo well equipped upon arrival. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. There is a limited amount of seating in the living room and actually not enough for four persons to comfortably watch an evening movie together. Parking is a scarce commodity. The garage was modified and it did not accommodate my truck or a friend’s car. The driveway is very narrow and unless the cars are compact, it is difficult to park. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the days we weren’t on the beach.

Our experience at 1411 Gulf Dr. N was fabulous! Everything you need is at your fingertips. Check-In process is smooth and accommodating. The views are amazing and we were within walking distances of numerous restaurants and attractions! We can't wait to stay here again!
