Die Lage und Zuschnitt der Wohnung in der 6. Etg. Super. Aussicht auf den großen Hafen und Jadebusen toll. Zentrumsnah. Leider wirkt das Inventar etwas abgewohnt. Steckdosen aus der Wand. Küchenteile mit Blessuren. Das Bad nicht gepflegt. Der Lüfter scheppert laut. Feuchte Wand über der Wanne. Toilettendeckel lose. Lampe über dem Waschbecken defekt. Übergangsleisete Badezimmertür lose und schleift. Heizkörper gluckern. Die Flurgarderobe Befestigung nicht in Ordnung. Der Staubsauger saugt nicht richtig.
Der überragend schöne Ausblick überdeckt aber schlussendlich das Negative.

Aussicht und Lage sind hervorragend
Lage und Aussicht sind hervorragend.Die gesamt Ausstattung ist durchschnittlich, jedoch in der Küche müssten die Gebrauchsgegenstände zum Teil erneuert werden. Des weiteren sollte im Inserat der Kostenpflichtige Garagenstellplatz erwähnt werden.

Die Wohnung punktet leider nur mit der Aussicht,das Mobiliar müsste teilweise erneuert werden.
Sauberkeit lies auch zu wünschen übrig (was ich Jederzeit mit Photos beweisen kann).
In der Buchungsbestätigung stand - 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit Garagenstellplatz - ,vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt ,das wir diesen Stellplatz extra bezahlen sollen ,wenn wir ihn haben möchten.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und werden es nie wieder buchen.

Tolle saubere Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick!
Die Ferienwohnung ist in der 6. Etage und bietet einen tollen Ausblick über Hafen und Nordsee. Sie ist sehr sauber und hell. Es ist ausreichend Platz und die Ausstattung ist Top. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank an den Vermieter!
