RENOVATED spacious holiday home near the beach in Landal Park

Our newly renovated, cozy and high quality equipped approx. 100 sqm holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful holiday parks in Holland: Landal Beach Resort "Ooghduyne" on a 300 sqm plot in Julianadorp in a short distance to the beautiful wide sandy beach.

The house is comfortably furnished and has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining room with attached kitchen on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV. In the attached kitchen there is a dishwasher, an oven, a gas stove and a coffee machine. There is also a high chair and a travel cot available.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The extremely well-kept, quiet and spacious holiday park is located in the flower fields behind the dunes and has a number of leisure facilities:
- Swimming pool with giant slide
- Large indoor play center - super nice for children - even in bad weather
- Golf and mini golf course
- restaurants with a large sun terrace,
- Play, tennis and boules courts
- bowling alley
- Bicycle, handcart and canoe rental and much more.

Nearby you will find a riding ring, a climbing park, the best shopping (incl. Lidl and Aldi) and various very good restaurants.
Excursion destinations such as the beautiful island of Texel, Alkmaar, Amsterdam or the outlet center in Lelystad can be reached within an hour.

Bridge Trip

I rented the house with 5 friends for a bridge get away. Location excellent! Very walkable to beach, restaurants, Creole Creamery ice cream! House was clean, nice and kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed playing cards on the small porch off of the side entrance. The host Mary Ellen was MOST gracious, accommodating and available. Would recommend for sure.

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr schön ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. Man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten am Strand und mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschönder Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir waren zu fünft in den Herbstferien dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Der Strand und das Meer sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und mega schön. Jederzeit wieder. :-)

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem großzügig und schön angelegten Ferienpark. Die Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und super nett. Im Park gibt esein Schwimmbad und ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Der Strand ist ca. 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt . Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und würden jederzeit wieder kommen..
