This spacious 3bd/2b home has wonderful layout with living room equipped with 70" TV, family/game room with access to entertainment backyard and a dining space with comfortable seating for (6). The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal at home. There is a full-size oven/ with electric range. We also have a Nuwave oven, toaster, Nutibullet, and stand mixer available for use.

Each of the bedrooms have walk-in closets with the primary bedroom having a bonus vanity space. Additionally, the primary and secondary bedrooms have 55" TV's, the third bedroom has a dedicated workspace motorized standing/sitting desk option.

Backyard is equipped with firepit, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table. Plenty of seating for a comfortable evening of relaxation and enjoyment with space for outdoor games like corn hole and even checkers!

The neighborhood is private with a mix of patio homes and single family homes. There is only one way into the community from the main road. This keeps noise and traffic to a minimum. The community has a walking path, you will see many families with children and pets enjoying the area.

For families, we have a pack n' play, a high chair, and stroller available for your convenience.
