The 100 m², spacious, bright apartment in rural modern style can accommodate 2 to 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private garden with garden furniture. The view of a beautiful mountain scenery is guaranteed.
Furthermore, the apartment has a ski room with ski boot dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and parking right outside the front door.

The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible and wheelchair accessible.
Also for the little guests is provided, we are happy to provide you with an extra bed, cot and high chair available.

Our house is the ideal starting point for leisurely walks through the valley floor of the Stubai Valley which are also barrier-free or use the nearby landscaped lake (200m), where you can let your soul really dangle. On the lake area you will also find a large playground for younger guests, a beach volleyball court and a restaurant.
We are very central to the Stubai Glacier as well to Innsbruck (20km).
Within 100 meters you will find a bus stop, a supermarket and a bakery.
