This pet friendly house has been completely redone and everything is bright, modern and brand new! You can sit on the deck and watch the sailboats or sit at the firepit and roast a hotdog with firewood provided! You are just minutes from beautiful Pere Marquette Beach! The house is fully stocked with everything you should need. Just bring clothes! Plenty of room to park your boat trailer!

The lower level of the house is like a separate living space with its own bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and full living room. It is perfect for two families traveling together or one big family that wants space. You can't go wrong.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No dogs over 70 pounds. You may bring two dogs, o/w negotiable. You are expected to clean up after your dog including dog hair.

This was really the perfect place for us. We appreciated how well stocked it was, even down to a step stool in the bathroom for our toddlers. We stayed with two other families with little ones and we had plenty of room. We will hopefully be back next year!

Everything was great! The house was just like it was described and in the pictures. The house is located on a quiet street, and you can see the lake from the deck and back windows. We enjoyed our stay. We had 7 adults, 2 younger children, and a baby in our group. Plenty of space for everyone!

The house is in a great location; close to beaches, parks, the Lakeshore Trail, and some good restaurants. It is also well stocked and has lots of outdoor furniture. Having beach items available for our use was SO helpful. We had a mother deer and her 2 fawns visit the side yard 2 nights in a row, which was exciting for the adults and kids!

Great trip to Muskegon for 2 families! House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants. Fire pit was awesome, big dining table great for meals and games. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard! Only complaint is that the basement bedroom was so cold. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you! Please come back any time! This is an older home and did not have central air or even ductwork or cold air return when i bought it. Unfortunately or fortunately the downstairs is extremely well insulated and does stay cool but leaving the bedroom door open does help and we always have blankets in the closet. Glad you enjoyed the house! 😃

Such a charming home! Very clean and very well laid out. We utilized both floors and everything was very well stocked. Loved the grill and the firepit as well. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend this place and will book again if we make it back that way.

Well equipped and clean.

Our family stayed at this home while in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed and was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy our time together. Beds are comfortable and she has thought of everything for the kids too.
