Newly Renovated Cozy Home Minutes From The Lake

Minutes from the lake and Dry Creek Beach

Plenty of small-town restaurants within a 5-minute drive

Minutes away from the charming downtown Winchester area. 

The home is equip with all the conveniences you need (fully functional kitchen, washer & dryer, picnic table, hairdryer, etc...). Convenient locat

We live about an hour away, checking in will be done via a code. We always strive to be available for messages/calls when our guests need us. We also have someone on-staff monitoring messages throughout normal business hours.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a coffee hut right outside the neighborhood, (be sure to check out Java Hut for coffee).

 It is walk-able to several stores including a Walgreens for any essentials.

This property is a duplex and you have full exclusive access to your portion of the duplex and there is shared access to the yard and back patio area.

Good place in Decherd

This is a really cute house. The pictures were true to the property. Paul was very quick to respond to emails. He continually works to make this place perfect for his guests. It is conveniently located near grocer stores, restaurants, and the lake.

We were only there pretty much to sleep due to being at the ball field all day, but overall, it was great! Fantastic location for what we needed, and we LOVE that it was pet friendly!

A list of what was wrong: -Barely any toilet paper was on the roll and there were no extras -smoke detectors were off the ceilings -the fan in the living room was about to fall down. -no sheets or pillow cases on the beds (and no communication where extra were) -the beds were stained and ripped -couch had multiple stains -front door did not lock -gnat everywhere -no hand soap in bathroom -wet sheets in dryer -no communication that the house has a joint unit that other guests were at-only 1 towel available for us to use for a 2 nights stay with 4 people Needless to say we did not stay our full stay there was no communication about where anything might be located in the house
