Newly Renovated Cozy Home Minutes From The Lake

Minutes from the lake and Dry Creek Beach

Plenty of small-town restaurants within a 5-minute drive

Minutes away from the charming downtown Winchester area. 

The home is equip with all the conveniences you need (fully functional kitchen, washer & dryer, picnic table, hairdryer, etc...). Convenient locat

We live about an hour away, checking in will be done via a code. We always strive to be available for messages/calls when our guests need us. We also have someone on-staff monitoring messages throughout normal business hours.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a coffee hut right outside the neighborhood, (be sure to check out Java Hut for coffee).

 It is walk-able to several stores including a Walgreens for any essentials.

This property is a duplex and you have full exclusive access to your portion of the duplex and there is shared access to the yard and back patio area.

Good place in Decherd

This is a really cute house. The pictures were true to the property. Paul was very quick to respond to emails. He continually works to make this place perfect for his guests. It is conveniently located near grocer stores, restaurants, and the lake.
