The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The apartment also boasts a partially renovated full bathroom. Balconies provide a side view of the sea. Note that shared amenities are accessible, and a parking space is included, although it is not suitable for wide vehicles. This is a non-smoking apartment, with a designated area on the balcony for smokers. The apartment designed for pet owners allows dogs for an additional fee.
