About this property

This condo has an open floor plan. Carolina room, living room and dining room are all in one big space. Plenty of room to move around. Very comfortable sofas. The sleeper sofa opens up to a queen bed with the thickest most comfortable mattress possible for a pull out.

The kitchen is to the right of the living room and has all the appliances, gadgets and accessories you might need. I’ve also supplied basic spices and condiments for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and 55” smart TV, charging port by bed with alarm clock. There’s a private bathroom with full bath and shower in the room.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a 55” smart TV.

There’s an additional full bath and shower in the hallway.

The second you walk in to this condo you’ll smile. It’s beautiful and inviting and I’ve taken extra steps to make it special and make you feel chillaxed.

Very close to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh walk, Wild Water & Wheels water park, the beach, restaurants, shopping and many activities. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Ferris wheel are roughly 20 minutes away.
We are right at the mark where Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach connect.

Overnight motorcycle or Golf cart is allowed.

I love bringing a higher quality vacation rental to Myrtle Beach.

Why they chose this property

Location is key to any rental. This condo is right across from shopping, restaurants and a supermarket. 7minutes from the beach, beachside restaurants and bars. Very close to many attractions, sits right at the border of Myrtle Beach and Surfside beach and is just a hop from Murrells Inlet.

The neighborhood itself is very quite and peaceful, lots of walking trails, basketball court, pool, clubhouse and plenty of pounds full of ducks and turtles. It’s really very nice.

What makes this property unique

I take pride in all my condos. High quality furniture, comfortable beds, large smart TVs, loads of supplies and extras.
There’s everything a guest might need. Plus, I’m a very attentive host. 😊
