Appartement tres bien situé bénéficiant de deux vraies chambres (pas une chambre et une cabine). Pièce à vivre agréable donnant sur un extérieur appréciable. L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé. La décoration est traditionnelle et un peu vétuste mais ça n’empêche pas de profiter des lieux. Point noir sur le ménage qui n’avait pas été fait mais l’agence sur place a été très réactive et nous a proposé une compensation rapidement (c’est à souligner). Je recommande pour l’emplacement et la taille de l’appartement.

Logement propre et bien placé pour les courses. Route un peu bruyante quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Mais balcon non clos, ce qui pose problème avec un chien ou un jeune enfant.

Semaine moyennement reposante

Location bien agencée, avec de l'espace pour ranger. Le frigo est un peu petit pour la taille de la location. La très grande proximité de la route (15m) fait que nous ne pouvons profiter pleinement de la terrasse en toute tranquillité, on ne s'entend pas parler. Les tableaux de décorations d'ordre religieux sont à éviter pour une location de vacances ouvertes à tout public. (surtout au dessus d'un lit) les lits superposés bougent, on ne peut utiliser que celui du bas, le haut est trop dangereux.

Emplacement de rêve !

L’appartement est un peu vétuste dans sa déco et ses meubles mais il est assez bien équipé, au calme, avec une literie confortable ! Eau chaude pour 5 personnes sans soucis ! Jolie vaisselle ! L’emplacement est idéal : à 8min à pied du centre village et à 30m des remontées mécaniques. Nous avons été ravi et reviendrons avec plaisir !

La zona de cocina y comedor estaba bien de espacio y la terraza muy amplia con mesa y sillas. Cocina con bastante menaje, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. Para cuatro personas está bien. Situado a unos 800 metros del centro de Saint Gervais, pero se llega andando en un momento. El pueblo dispone de todo tipo de servicios y se pueden hacer numerosas rutas de senderismo.

Le titre résume tout. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis le dernier occupant avant le confinement. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient dégueulasses. L'aspirateur plein de poussière; la cerpillière remplie de poils de chien. L'appartement est correct et agréable
