The Ambria Apartment "Blue Rose I" in Swinoujscie is located in a brand new housing development "Kwartał Róży Wiatrów" ("Quarter of the Wind Rose"), near the old landscape health park with the area of 58 ha. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a dining room and a modern bathroom.
If you want privacy and independence, you will surely simply love the well-equipped kitchenette. Its total area is 35 m2.
The location is absolutely perfect - on the one hand it is really close to the city center and on the other hand to the spa park - this oasis of calm. Nearby there are also: the marina, the ferry dock, sandy beach, promenade and historic fortifications.
Shops such as Biedronka and LIDL can also be found within 100 m of the apartment.
