# Ocean View Villa in Palm Beach, Aruba

Enjoy your Aruba getaway in this spacious, modern four-bedroom villa near Palm Beach. The beach, restaurants, the Ritz-Carlton, the Marriott, and Fisherman’s Huts are just a short walk away. Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, the Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, and the California Lighthouse are also nearby.

Inside, an open living room offers comfortable leather seating, a large-screen TV, and a writing desk. All four bedrooms have king-size beds, TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom opens toward the pool through a glass patio door.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Open the folding glass window to serve meals straight to the outdoor breakfast bar. There’s also a separate drink fridge by the covered pool terrace.

Outside, relax in the private pool with its fountain, underwater sitting bench, and four jets. The spacious yard includes an outdoor shower, three seating areas, a shaded bar with eight stools, and a Weber grill. For beach days, we provide Tommy Bahama chairs, towels, and coolers.

Head up to the ocean-view deck for a drink and an Aruba sunset. The villa also has a separate laundry room, a half bath, and private gated parking.

We take extra care when cleaning the villa before and after every stay.

Property was exactly like the photos in the website. Layout allowed privacy, but the common areas were spacious for a family of 8.Pool and outside area were all well equipped as well. We were very pleased with our stay there.

Bakval 4 was an Amazing Aruba Vacation Home! This was a first family vacation as all adults and so spacious and comfortable .It was even more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed dining both inside and outside and the upper deck was so special for having drinks and enjoying the Beautiful Sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped and loved having the outside Grill ! We loved having the beach chairs and coolers for our beach days .The pool is outstanding and was so great to have after a day at the beach ; the jets on the bench were Amazing ! Mark is an outstanding host and we were well prepared on how to utilize all the electronics , remotes and air conditioners. Izaira was also readily available to help with questions on Island restaurants , excursions and groceries. Highly recommend Bakval 4 ! It was our first time to Aruba and hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The four bedrooms provided plenty of space for our group, the pool was gorgeous, and the location perfect for exploring the area. This house was absolutely amazing. I was suspicious when we booked it that the pictures looked too nice, but when we arrived they didn’t do it justice. The house is beautiful and well outfitted like a home you would live in, not rent. The communication with the owner was amazing from the day we booked it on. There was a property manager who met us when we checked in and explained how everything worked. The pool was clean and wonderful, perfect temp. The kitchen was full of top notch appliances and dishes. The mini split air conditioners in every room were great and kept the place as cool as you could want it. Location is great with quick access to everything. All the rooms are very nice and have the same amenities so no one feels like they didn’t get the “nice” room. But f we decide to come back to Aruba it would be a no brainer to book here again. Highly recommend!!

This house has everything you could possibly want in an island vacation stay. Pool, gorgeous outside area with sun and shade for everyone, comfortable beds, complete kitchen with every imaginable tool for cooking (if you want). The pictures do not lie! This is a slice of paradise perfect for 4 couples. Each bedroom has king bed with on suite bathroom in each room. Common areas were beautiful and they thought of ever detail. Mark is very responsive to our questions and requests. Would highly recommend this VRBO!!

We had a great stay . Everything was as advertised. It was very convenient to the Palm Beach Downtown area which was wonderful. Palm Beach is close by and was very nice but we preferred Arashi Beach which was beautiful. Our villa provided everything we needed to make our first trip to Aruba a memorable one. Great location, plenty of space, loved the pool.

The villa has a great location on the island, close to the best snorkeling beach and kiting schools just north of the high rises. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The owner and property manager were very helpful before and during the stay, providing us with property instructions and local recommendations.

We are a family from the USA that fell in love with Aruba the very first time we went. The people on the Island are some of the kindest and most welcoming we have ever met. We love this property and are excited for our guests to enjoy the private villa.

Why they chose this property

The location is outstanding. Only a few min walk from the beaches...on a very quiet street with no one behind us. It was the perfect opportunity for us to renovate the old property and build an oasis for both our families and others to enjoy the spoils of this beautiful Sun filled Island

What makes this property unique

Close to beaches...shopping...restaurants yet very quiet and private. Indoor/outdoor kitchen is very unique and functional. Very large pool in back yard with a sitting bench that has back jets and still loads of room to splash and swim around. 4 sitting areas outside...The fantastic pool area...The shaded, covered terrace...The bar and BBQ area at the back and of course, the upper deck with an ocean view!
