About this property

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has been newly renovated and is now ready for rent! This would be a great place for one or two families or even a small group of friends. There are plenty of beds for multiple sleeping configurations. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a view of the main channel anyone would love waking up to.

The condo is located a short walk from the clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, and playground.

Updates include: new laminate flooring, quartz countertops, and USB plug-ins!

Family-friendly touches include bunk beds with stairs, two booster seats, a pack-n-play, and movies and board games for all ages.

The Knolls complex includes numerous amenities: an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, outdoor tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, a playground, a basketball court, and a roped-off section of the cove for swimming. The large trees on the property provide a tranquil atmosphere and lots of shade. The Knolls property is located close to Margaritaville (which includes several family-friendly activities, restaurants, and an indoor waterpark). The location is also convenient to all of the Osage Beach shopping and restaurants.

Note: this condo is on the 3rd floor and there are quite a few stairs to get to it.

Excellent place

We had a fabulous trip. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we expected plus more. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Check-in process was super easy. Owners were super easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

4 Day Stay

The check in process was hectic, it was hard to figure out how gain entry into the unit. The bedding in the 2nd bedroom was dirty and contained dog hair. We had to wash the bedding ourselves before we could even sleep on the beds in the 2nd bedroom that contained the two beds. The balcony to the 2nd bedroom was extremely dirty and contained numerous spider webs. We were unable to enjoy the balcony due to the amount of dead bugs and spider webs that was on it. Overall, the condo is very nice, I just wish the second bedroom and balcony would have been prepared better.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as expected and there was plenty to do. The owner was very easy to reach and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

Perfect location to the community pool in the complex. This was our first trip to the Ozarks; we were pleased to find that Margaritaville Resort was nearby.
