You will feel comfortable here! Our holiday semi-detached house, each with 65 square meters of living space, is located in the small village of Pruchten, not far from the lagoon, where you can swim and surf. The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with probably the best bathing beaches in Germany is about 4 km away, the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is 50 km away. The 750 year old Vineta town of Barth is only 2 km away and offers great shopping as well as a large harbor. In addition to a riding stable, Pruchten also offers a campsite with a playground and restaurant, bakery, inn, ice cream shop, harbor and sports field and lots of rest for relaxation in beautiful nature, not only in summer! The house is equipped with electric heaters and can therefore be used all year round. It also has:
 - Fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven
- Comfortable, cozy furnishings u. a. with large satellite TV, radio-CD player, fireplace, safe
- Terrace with garden furniture and grill
- Bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, towel dryer, underfloor heating and a sauna
- Bedroom with electric blind and mosquito net
- A parking space for your car in front of the house
- Free WiFi for our guests

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the middle of the 'Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft' national park and not far from the most beautiful beaches in Germany. The crane trains in spring and autumn are a natural spectacle of a special kind. During this time, up to 40,000 of these migratory birds are in the vicinity of Pruchten, the largest resting place for cranes in Europe. At dusk you can see the 'birds of happiness' flying into their sleeping quarters.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Ferienwohnung! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber un der Check in liefen einwandfrei. Die Wohung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist genau so, wie beschrieben (sie ist sogar grösser als wir dachten). Es war sehr sauber und wir (inkl. Hund) haben uns segr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Ferienhaus zum Ausspannen

Das Ferienhaus ist eines von vier Häusern auf dem Gelände und hat wahrscheinlich die ruhigste Lage von allen. Die Hauptstraße, die nah gelegen ist, hat uns im Winter nicht gestört. Im Sommer könnte das auf der Terrasse ganz anders aussehen. Das Haus hat alles, was macht braucht und wenn man ein Saunaliebhaber ist, dann gibt es das als Bonus noch dazu. Wir haben dort ein paar schöne Tage verbracht.

Tolle Gegend zum Fahrrad fahren

Schöne Radwege und zum Strand ca.10 km entfernt auch wunderschöne Gegend 👍 Wichtig zu der Jahreszeit ist auf alle Fälle ein Mückenschutzmittel ! In der Ferienwohnung war es durch Schutzfester aber optimal gelöst 🙂

Super Urlaub

Wir hatten super schöne 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell in Zingst am Strand und auch die tolle Stadt Stralsund ist nicht weit entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar wenn man Probleme hat. Und auch die Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet den man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Urlaub in Pruchten

So und ganz in Ordnung, aber mann sollte nur in vor-mitten- und nach der Session Hinfahrten und nicht in winter season fahren es ist dort tote hose , Wohnung war bis auf Kleinigkeiten super. Putzeimer / Teekanne fehlten. Kein Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Schlüssel übergeben war nur telefonisch und anschließend mit Tresor an der Haustür abzuholen.

Sauber, ordentlich, Kamin und schöne Sauna

Waren im Oktober da, Unterkunft war perfekt - wie beschrieben. Holz für den Kamin kann man z.B. im Famila in Barth kaufen. Saunaaufguss war vorhanden. Ansonsten hört man den Verkehr, Haus liegt nicht weit von der Hauptstraße. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

Schöne Fewo mit kleinen Makeln

Wir haben uns in der Fewo wohlgefühlt es gab alles was man benötigt und darüber hinaus auch noch einen Grill und die Sauna war natürlich super! :) Auch fanden wir es toll, dass uns ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl für unseren kleinen Sohn zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Die Sauberkeit war hier und da nicht ganz zufriedenstellend (dreckige Fenster, Zahnpastaflecken vom Vorgänger etc.), jedoch ok. Was etwas schade ist, dass ein paar kleinere Makel vorhanden sind, die jedoch mit einfachen Reparaturen behoben werden könnten. Bsp.: Halterung für den Brausekopf gebrochen und nur mit Klebeband repariert, was natürlich nicht hält. Armatur in der Küche war teilweise undicht, das Füllventil des Spülkastens war defekt bzw. dauerte es sehr lang bis dieser sich wieder füllt. Das Wlan war zudem leider auch sehr schlecht. Alles in allem nichts Dramatisches, könnte aber einfach behoben werden, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen, denn ansonsten ist die Fewo sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Lage toll für Ausflüge. :)

Schöner ruhiger Sommerurlaub

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung/Haus vor mit schöner ruhiger Terrasse, sehr guter Ausstattung und einer Sauna. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Da wir mit einer Rollstuhlfahrerin angereist waren, wäre uns ein Haltegriff an der Toilette hilfreich gewesen, aber wir haben das hingekriegt. Sonst ist die Wohnung rollstuhltauglich (außer einer Eingangsstufe) und auch die Dusche ist ebenerdig und es ist sehr geräumig. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker erreichbar und gegenüber gleich eine Eisdiele und man kann an einem kleinen Hafen verschiedene Boote ausleihen. Zu den Stränden auf dem Darß sind nur einige Minuten mit dem Auto nötig, dort gibt es auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder in Barth. Am Bodstetter Boden in Bodstedt hinter dem Hafen ist eine kleine Badestelle, an der wir über eine Metallrampe mit Handläufen gut ins Wasser gekommen sind. Da konnte man mit dem Rollstuhl auch ein Stückchen auf der Rampe ins Wasser fahren. Das hat uns sehr geholfen und wir haben das nur durch Zufall entdeckt. Vielleicht nützt das ja jemandem. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner, ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sommerurlaub in Pruchten

Objekt wie beschrieben. Internet und Telefonverbindung sehr schlecht. Die beste Möglichkeit um Netz zu haben , ist 6 Uhr morgens. Nachbar beschimpft uns durch die Hecke und brüllte:" 20 Uhr ist Nachtruhe, er ist schwerbehindert". Er hat uns mit dem Ordnungsamt gedroht . Wir spielten nur mit den Kindern im Garten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in bester und ruhiger Lage. Der Botten ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und zum Ostseestrand sind es maximal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Ferienhaus hat alles an Ausstattung was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

Super tolle Tage in der von Zingst

Wir haben unsere Tage in der FeWo auf jeden Fall genossen, hier stimmt echt alles. Die Terrasse ist abgegrenzt, so dass niemand Dich sehen kann, wenn du dich sonnst. Die Sauna war super und der Kamin rundet alles ab. Das einzige (aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau) ist das WLAN, es ist ein allgemeines WLAN was auch die anderen FeWo‘s augenscheinlich auch nutzen, dementsprechend schlecht war es. Aber wir haben die Tage auch ohne Internet sehr gut genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Bis bald. :-)

Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Da wir zur Corona Zeit unseren Urlaub hier verbracht haben, können wir zur Umgebung nicht viel sagen. Aber die Sauna ist klasse! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und wir haben gemeinsam und unkompliziert Lösungen gefunden! Vielen Dank nochmal und alles Gute!
