The property location allows for quick travel to all popular tourist attractions in Louisville. Estimated Drive Time to Kentucky Fair & Expo Center 3-5 minutes, 7 Minutes to Churchill Downs/KY Derby Museum, 13 -15minutes to Louisville Slugger Museum, Science Center, Muhammad Ali Museum.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with 5 beds in 4 bedrooms. The main house also has 2 full bathrooms.

An additional bedroom and bathroom is available upon request in our tiny home located on the property for an additional fee. we look forward to hosting you!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 10 am, if you would like a late check out please let us know in advance so I can see if the cleaner can accommodate your request.
Please remember the late check out fee is $50 per hr applies to the expense of reworking the schedule or add another cleaner to the schedule so we can have the space ready for the next guests check in
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for our visit to Louisville to show at NAILE. It was easy to get to the fairgrounds and we had everything we needed. When we had some issues with the door lock the host responded immediately and was very helpful!

NASP Nationals

This is a great place to stay if you are competing at NASP Nationals. It is nice older house with upgraded tv’s and appliances. It has room out back to eat or hang out. It’s only about 4 minutes from the Kentucky Expo Center.

Host was good.Need a better shower setup upstairs.Need a place beside the sink upstairs to set things on.Need a towel bar to hang hand towel on upstairs Need a place to hang bath towels on door or some place else upstairsFor safety..need a floor rug to step out of upstairs tub since floor is slick when wet snd its a big step out of tub Please add a place in the tub with a small ledge to put soap or shampoo on. Could add to the shower pipe.Need to add handles on cabinets. Hard to open some of them.The place is clean and tidy. Thank you.
