Lovely Home near BEACH!

Our extended family always do an end of summer lake/beach trip before kids go back to school. This property was perfect! Close to a nice sandy beach and the home had everything we need include - large drip coffee pot with filter, large kerug which wasnt on the list The HOSTS WERE SO ACCOMODATING AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANY INQUIRY. Would recommend and definately stay again!

Great Location and Open concept!

We really enjoyed the location and stay here. The rooms are very big. The lake is just within walking distance comfortably along with the launch however, if you need a larger area to launch, there are two other locations close by. We hope to return very soon

Wonderful stay! Tons of room to play!

The stay was perfect. We needed space for more family and this was great. The only thing I would say is it’s not a traditional 6 bedroom. The upstairs is open and I would consider this a large open bunk room. The other side you have to walk through a bedroom to get to 2 more and the walls do not go all the way to ceiling so it’s not 100% private. It was great for our group but i would caution someone that needs 6 complete bedrooms.

Family lake vacation

We had a great time. Great location right just a few blocks from the lake. The house was very spacious! There were a few flaws but informed the property manager about it. Very good communication with the property manager and she responded right then to all our questions and concerns. Will be staying again but this time even closer to the lake since the view is beautiful in the mornings.

Belated Family Christmas reunion

For several years we have had a belated family Christmas over a long weekend in January. This grandmother gets all her kiddos and grandkids in four states. Everyone comes and has a great time. This home was roomy, clean, lots of beds and all enjoyed the game room and everything worked in the home. It was close to Texoma for those that wanted to fish. We will return. DJ

Lots of beds and open space

The requirements for my group were lots of separate beds and lots of open space. There were 15 separate beds and plenty of open space in the living room and game room as well as the large garage. So it met the requirements just fine. The number of beds was more than most other properties that are listed to accommodate large groups. It didn't really matter for our group, which is why I gave it 5/5 stars, but just be mindful before booking that one of the bedrooms is a loft (and is listed as such) and one is basically the large hallway between the loft and the other two upstairs bedrooms.

Great house for family reunions

Great house for family reunions. A lot of entertainment and comfortable spaces. Located at walking distance from the beach lake. I’m not giving it five stars because 1) There are only two full bathrooms for a house that accommodates over 15 people which was a bit challenging, 2) The WIFI didn’t work which became very inconvenient. They really tried hard to make it work but it seems to be a problem of that area. 3) We didn’t find any manual that you usually find in these kind of proprieties with instructions to help you navigate the house and to handle some of the features, so we were kind of lost the first day and a half. Luckily they were kind enough to come in person and help us with some issues with the cable TV and the internet, although unfortunately they were not able to figure out the issue with the internet. So handle your business that need WIFI before you get there or bring your own WIFI. We were not prepared because we were counting with the house providing it. Overall the house offered a great experience with plenty of entertainment from a corn hole game, a “mini casino” set up, A LOT of space, a huge kitchen, ping pong table, a indoor bar with a great ice maker, a pool table, a Baskerball court (and ball), and more.
