Spacious and clean. Steps from the beach with Carlsbad village being super close allows for quick walkable trips. Being on the second level allows for great views and privacy. Love the assigned parking. Each room has an A/C unit: very nice. This will likely be our yearly location for beach trips.

Host was excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Location was perfect. The only problem was the noise from traffic which is beyond the host’s control.

The house is a little dated like a New Jersey sea shore house which is just fine for me.Great view of the ocean and sunset. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the beach chairs. The age or wear seems to be overlooked. I will likely rent again.

Weekend girls trip

Great location. It was close to the beach and close to food. Traffic on the road did take away from the ocean sounds but overall fantastic location.
