The home was totally renovated in 2023 with brand new bathrooms, floors and furniture. You will enjoy the beach vibes as soon as you enter the home. There is a picnic table under the house to spend time with family outdoors. Walk a few steps through the pathway in the back to hit the public beach access.
Linens, towels, quilts, and much more are provided! Enjoy your time at the pool in the private fenced backyard or the fire pit on cooler nights. Just bring your clothes, beach towels and personal items.

This is a independent house very close to the beach. You can walk through the pathway in the back and in a few steps you will be able at the public access in the quite beach area of Surf City, NC.

There is plenty of parking space in the property to park your cars.

There is a security camera in the front porch and back sun deck.
Please ensure you treat the place like your own and leave it in good shape for the next guest.

IMPORTANT:
If you are staying or checking out on a Monday, please move the trash can to the curb for pick up by the Town. Trash pick-up is every Tuesday morning.

Checkout Instructions:
1. Clean and load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start
2. Clear the fridge and freezer of any foods. Please don't leave anything
3. Placed used bedsheets and towels on the floor in the rooms.
4. Gather all trash and place in the appropriate trash bins
5. Set AC to 75 Degrees in the summer
6. Please turn off all lights and fans.
