In the foothills of the Smoky Mountains lies Laurel Crest, a wild life escapade surrounded by mountain views and beautiful landscapes. A relaxing sanctuary, this is a great place to bond with family and friends while reconnecting with nature.

Approximately 1,107 square feet, this luxurious Two- Bedroom Townhome features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Additional amenities include: internet access (wi-fi), cable television, DVD player, tub/w jets, gas fireplace, blender, hair dryer, coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, refrigerator and iron/ironing board.

Please Note Laurel Crest Resort Has A Shared Laundry Space, this is available for all guests.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Laurel Crest is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 36 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Security will have the room keys. Check-in the following day at the front desk.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Note: No designated parking spot.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.

Cigarette smoking is not allowed within the premises whether it is inside the establishment or on the property grounds. Anyone caught smoking within the boundaries of the fence will be fined $300. The same rule applies for electronic cigarettes.
