This condo will truly be your new home away from home. Your new HAPPY PLACE!
We have brought in brand new furniture to bring your family top notch comfort.
A kitchen that you can whip up a family meal to save money on eating out. going to be gone all day but, want a great meal. after exploring the beautiful mountains? We have put a crockpot in the kitchen for yor convenience. Along with a standard coffee pot we have provided a Keurig as well.
OK.... so are bellies are full. Everyone is getting tired. Go get into the huge jacuzzi tub and let the jets take you away a bit farther.
After a great nights sleep , take your coffee out onto the patio and enjoy the stillness of the morning. From our patio you will have a wonderful view to get your day started right.
And most importantly, this condo is top notch clean. We take extra steps to clean, sanitize, and disinfect. We undertand how scary it can be to stay in a new place. Your peace of mind is priority to us.
We would LOVE to have as our guests.

We’ve always stayed at RiverStone, but we’ve stayed on the creek side. Every stay has always been nice, but this condo is my absolute favorite! The golf course side is an awesome view & the condo is beautiful & cozy. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Been stating at Riverstone for years. This unit was probably the nicest one we have ever stayed at. The welcome treats were an appreciated gift. The only issue we have is with the mattress in the secondary bedroom. It is a bit lumpy and probably needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!!!

Perfect Location in the Smokies

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Area was quiet, peaceful and comfortable! Location was perfect for visiting all the surrounding areas in the Smokey Mts. We would definitely return for future vacations and highly recommend this resort to fellow travelers.

Completely Perfect

Condo was immaculately clean and furnished so nicely. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee, cream and sugar were provided. Owner also provided a few snacks and bottled water. We had abundance of towels and washcloths along with towels for the pool area. Condo is located on golf course and completely loved sitting on the patio enjoying the peacefulness of the golf course. Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. Owner takes great pride in their unit and does a wonderful job making you feel welcome!

This unit!!! Amazing. The owner goes above and beyond for her guest. You honestly only need to pack your clothes. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs but this one tops it! The cleanest unit ever. Pool towels were provided, a cute little tray of snacks, paper plates and cups if you didn’t want to wash dishes. And to top it off a first aid kit. My son fell and scraped his arm and I didn’t have to run out and buy anything. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Condo

Spent five nights here. The place was beautiful, comfortable seating, everything was neat clean and if you forgot something it was there. I have stayed at River Stone for years and this was by far the most beautiful condo. Loved no carpet and both baths had showers. Closets, I wish I had at home. Bedding was comfortable. I stayed in the guest bedroom only thing I would recommend was better lighting in the bathroom, I brought a mirror with me so I put my makeup on in the closet Five star all the way.

New Year’s Vacation

The unit is as described in the pictures. It was perfect for our family getaway to ring in the new year. The apt was immaculate and the extra cozy blankets came in handy. Unit is a total must stay on our next trip.
