This cozy and bright 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of Tower 3 making a great vacation spot for you and your family! With 800ft of private beach, 2 pools (one heated year-round), hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, grills/seating area, and fitness center, there is always something to do! Or just relax on your private balcony and take in all of the sights and sounds of the Gulf. In the NEWLY furnished living area, there is a sofa, loveseat, and chair for ample seating for everyone in your group. There is also a Smart TV for your favorite TV show or movie. Early morning is the best time to catch a couple dolphins playing in the water and be sure to catch the evening sunset! The master suite features a king size bed, TV, a fabulous view of the Gulf, a master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo, and access to this unit's private balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and TV for your guest's to enjoy. The spacious guest bath has a shower/tub combo, adjacent to the guest bedroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will be at ease cooking your favorite meal to sit and eat from the dining area that has ample seating of 6 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. Book now before someone else grabs your perfect family vacation spot! Please no smoking on property or pets on property.

slow start

The property was very nice. Just something that would really help: There were only two very small bars of soap in the whole condo, with no soap of any kind in the kitchen (no bars, dish soap, etc.). Hannah said you all don't provide dish/hand soap anymore. Like I'm assuming many guests do, we went to Publix before we got there and found out that there was no dish soap after our Publix run. This might not sound like a big deal, but it is when you don't want to make another Publix run for 2 days, but then have to. You might just want to add $1.00 to the price of the condo and provide the soap rather than have frustrated guests. The only issue we had was our trying to get into the gate/condo. While it was my fault for not looking back two weeks to the e-mail that had the codes on it (might be helpful to send another one to guests a day or two before their stay so they don't have to search their inbox), Christina's response wasn't very gracious. When I simply asked how to unlock the room going forward, the response was, "Did u not receive the email with arrival information? I'm really confused, you haven't checked in at all?...How did you get my phone number if you haven't checked in yet?" We weren't requested to check in before the time she sent this text, 6:30pm, so why the confusion? And if we weren't supposed to have her phone number, maybe VRBO shouldn't have given it to us. Just very abrupt texts after I said that the app wouldn't let us in to access our info.
