Cute place. Very quiet. Great neighbors. Criminal bakery has some of the best coffee and baked goods. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Parking is great, close and private. Coin laundry is nice…bring coins. Will be coming back.

So lovely!

Such a lovely stay-property is cozy, bed is comfortable, location is superb! Was excellent for day trips (redwoods, wine tours, etc) but also perfect to settle in at the end of the day, walk to downtown for dinner, wine, beer. Cute outdoor space as well. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

This is a cute house in a perfect location. Close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood. The Santa Rosa Creek trail is close by for a relaxing stroll. The owner was easy to reach and really helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for walks restaurants and shopping. We felt safe in the area coming and going at all times of the day or night. Super quiet neighborhood. Easy off street parking.Bedroom very comfortable, kitchen stocked, I guess if there is one thing I would caution for aging adults with mobility issues would be the height when entering the tub. We would definitely stay here again.
