The property was located in close proximity to the college campus and downtown shops and restaurants. The property was clean and well stocked . Very nice. We enjoyed our stay there and the Tampa area.

The location of this property was perfect, just a few miles from the convention center and so easy to travel through town. I loved the college town vibe of the area around this townhouse. Everything we needed was within walking or short drive distance. The beds in both rooms were the most comfortable I've slept in outside of my own bed. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was located in walking distance to many restaurants and easy Uber to shops and downtown Tampa. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. Both bedrooms had their own full bath which is very nice . Highly recommend this spot if you are looking in the Hyde Park area.

Great experience! Communication is excellent, and the property was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is that there is currently construction nearby, so it was sometimes loud.

We had a wonderful time this condo fit our needs perfectly it was near shops and restaurants The host communication with us is great. The condo was clean and supplies were well stocked. Having offstreet parking in this area is also great. I would definitely rent this condo again when we come to Tampa to visit our grandchildren if it’s available.

This is my 3rd time renting in the Hyde Park area, and this is BY FAR the nicest place. Very well stocked with essentials. Instructions were very easy to understand and execute. Place itself was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints.
