The space
Living Room- This newly remodeled condo offers a high ceiling Living room with a beautiful space to lounge. It has two modern armchairs with a deep comfortable sofa right next to an electric fireplace and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and more! High speed internet and WIFI included.

Master Bedroom
A master high ceiling bedroom with a Queen bed with a one-of-kind memory foam mattress with cotton sheets that will make it very hard to leave the bed in the morning! It also includes a ceiling fan, and closet space. All our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam and our guest rave about their comfort.

Second Bedroom
The bedroom has the same amazing memory foam bed (full size) with cotton sheets, ceiling fan, and closet space. Includes a great sized desk with an ergonomic desk chair, monitor, and mouse ready to be plugged into your laptop.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, eating and includes a large refrigerator, full range oven, toaster, microwave and more. Brand new deep sink, cabinets, countertops, and finishes. Wine, water goblets, champagne, and coffee cups provided. Coffee machine, free coffee, and tea to make your stay more comfortable.

Dining Area
The dining area has six (6) chairs around a beautiful white table located next to the kitchen island.

Washer & Dryer
Laundry space located inside the unit next to patio. Detergent and Dry-sheets provided!

Location & Parking
The unit is an upstairs condo and shares a noise canceling wall with the unit next to it. You have no neighbors behind, in front or to one side of you. Parking is right in front of the stair entrance located on street level for easy access

Patio
A breakfast table perfect for enjoying a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinner that overlooks a private serene green hill. A bench that is just perfect for reading, relaxing and working from a laptop.

Other things to note:
Parking: Additional vehicles can be parked overnight anywhere without a number allocated to the space.

We provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, bath towels, blow dryer, books, (2) Beach chairs and (1) foam surfboard, beach blankets and anything outside of this please bring your own supplies.

We came to visit our son who plays football at Saddleback and came across this place. It was perfect. So clean and so cute and the owner was so attentive. Will book there again.

Great space and great location

The condo is a really nice space. It worked for our family of 3 and auntie. The kitchen/dining/living room has plenty of space. The rooms and the bathroom were a good size, and it's really quiet. The queen foam mattress needs a little more breaking in. It's really firm, but not super uncomfortable. I was told the other bed was really comfortable. The location worked out perfectly for us for a competition we were going to. The park that is an easy walk is beautiful. We walked there a few times. We also were able to walk to a local restaurant that has a really good giant pretzel. The balcony is nice, but a little crowded. Trying to do laundry was a challenge, but maybe the owner has a few tricks to make it easier. We really liked the place, and will problem rent it out next year again. My only issue was the cleanliness. I think that housekeeping didn't do a great job. The basics were done. But things like where people grab the door was dirty. There was a lot of hair, and the fridge needs a good deep clean. Communication with the owner was great, and once I actually read the info they sent out, check in was super easy.

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was accurately listed and in the best location to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and we went for a walk every morning. The check in process was so easy and Alicia always responded quickly during the process. Perfect stay for our family of 3 for our 6 day trip!

Lovely furnishings and decor. Super comfy beds and sofa. The layout works well for traffic flow and rooms are a comfortable. The condo is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We would book again if traveling back to the area. Alicia was very responsive. Great stay

Nice property, outstanding host

We had a couple of minor problems locating items; the host was incredibly responsive providing just the assistance we needed and answering questions immediately no matter what time we reached out to her. Property is in great shape, looks like it was designed by a professional interior decorator. But still had the equipment for an enjoyable day at the beach. Recommended!
