This is a ground level condo located in the Kiahuna Plantation on Kauai's beautiful South Shore.

This condo has 2 beds and 1 bath. Main bedroom has a king size bed and there is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully stocked kitchen for all of your needs to make you feel right at home. Free WiFi, Parking and BBQ Grills throughout the complex is available.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (across the street) This club has a Pool, Jacuzzi (with poolside food and beverage service), Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, and a large workout facility. You will have access to the laundry room which is directly across the parking lot from the condo (only a two minute walk).

**Please Note** The resort will collect mandatory Check-Out cleaning fees upon checking in. A cleaning fee of $225 + Tax will be paid directly to the front desk. Any stays over 10 nights will require a mid-stay refresher in the amount of $56 + Tax (change sheets, towels, etc..)

Guest stay of 10-20 nights- 1x $250+Tax for check-out cleaning fee + 1x $59 Mid-Stay Refresher (paid at Check-In)

These fees are not included in the rental price of this unit as they are paid directly to Castle Resort Management. The owners of this condo do not profit in any way from the above mentioned cleaning fees.
