Cottage on Seneca Lake with Private Dock
This cottage on Seneca Lake is the perfect family vacation. This cozy lake house has its own private dock with hoist. Great spot for swimming, fishing or enjoying the sunsets.
Large eat in kitchen and dinning room. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies. Keurig coffee pot 1.5 bathrooms, main bathroom is on the first floor of the cottage. Washer and dryer in unit as well. All linens and bedding are provided in the rental.
Comfortably sleep 10 guests. One queen bedroom on the first floor. Bonus room with twin bunk beds, also located on the first floor. Walk through the bonus room to get to the three bedrooms upstairs, 1 with queen bed, two with double beds.
This cottage is right in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine trail. The perfect accommodation if you are looking to bring your boat to Seneca Lake to explore.
This house does have a bonus game room with pool table and card table as well.
The back deck is huge and perfect for grilling, and campfires.
More than enough parking at this location as well.

This property has been in our family for many years. We have always loved the beautiful private back deck overlooking Seneca Lake. The private dock out back makes for perfect swimming and fishing. A great place to dock your boat and go explore the North or South end of Seneca Lake.

The owners of the property own a full service marina just 8 minutes from the Lake house. They offer full day pontoon boat rentals all summer long! Lake House guests get a 20% discount on a boat rental!
