Welcome to our beautifully remodeled spacious retreat located in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to beaches, downtown, riverfront, shopping, dining, UNCW and medical centers.
Come enjoy our open concept floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. A game room for kids to experience old fashion favorite video games such as Galaga and Mrs PacMan. Our outdoor patio includes a grill, plenty of seating, and a gas firepit!
Our home is perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day.

Wilmington Trip

Nice stay, everything was clean and kitchen has all the necessities you will need will big dining table. The neighborhood is close to a lot of things in town. The owner quickly responded with any questions we had.

Nicely renovated home just 3.5 miles from downtown Wilmington and even closer to UNC Wilmington. Clean, great backyard if you want to hangout outside.I would rent this home again.

Family weekend

It was perfect for our weekend get away! Kids enjoyed game room and adults loved the outdoor space. The house had everything we needed and communication for check in was perfect. The basketball may need a little air but that is easily fixed:) Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back.

Perfect in every way

Beautiful home with attention to detail. Spacious, updated home in a great location. Close to downtown and the Riverwalk, less than 20 mins to the beach. Backyard is perfect for unwinding and spending time with family/friends. Will definitely keep in mind next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home!

The home was renovated beautifully! It’s located in a safe central area of Wilmington right off Shipyard Blvd. Close to lots of shopping areas. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We were in town for a concert at the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and it was less than a 15 minute drive. All the bedroom mattresses were super comfy and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The kitchen came well stocked with kitchen gadgets and platters, etc.

WOW

Stay here! I had questions before we rented and Tom responded very quickly! The house is CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL!! It is very comfortable-couches and beds (loved the soft sheets!). Great space inside and outside! It is conveniently located-we went to Carolina beach, Wrightsville beach and the river walk (places 15-25 minutes away). The showers were the only drawback. They were very clean but the water pressure isn’t great-takes a bit to get the shampoo out of long hair. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Relaxation

We stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend for a soccer tournament in the area. In our party were 2 mom’s and 3 girls (12-13 year olds). It was a great location close to UNCW and near many of the soccer fields. House was in a very quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Entire home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There were separate spaces to congregate, a nice outdoor space and plenty of parking. If you are in the Wilmington area for anything, I highly recommend this home.

Wilmington Getaway

We booked this house so we could access both the beaches and the downtown area. Was a short ride to both and the house was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed there. Check in and out was easy and directions were clear and concise. It was very hot so we didn’t utilize the back yard area but looked like it would enjoyable during cooler evenings. Tom was very quick with his replies and we will book here again!

Great location, peaceful stay

This place was perfect for our party of 7. One teen and 6 adults. The game room/sleep area is ideal for older kids. Location is the best! Close to the riverfront, restaurants, historic mansions, battleship, Stanley Rheder park( where carnivorous plants can be seen in the wild). Host is very responsive and willing to address any issues at the property.

What makes this property unique

Each of the 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) is furnished with Zinus Green Tea infused memory foam mattresses for your comfort. You will feel yourself slowly sinking into the bed, with plenty of support for a good restful sleep.
The optimal number of guests is 6, and we have a sleeper sofa in the game room that sleeps 2 additional guests for a total of 8. Bedding for the sleeper sofa is in the laundry area of the game room. Oh yeah, we have a full size washer and dryer for your stay, with an initial soap pod for your first wash.

Inside the gourmet kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, plates, and a spice rack for you to cook yourself dinner from scratch or just pretend like you’re going to and enjoy the wonderful local restaurants nearby. Although the city water is perfect for drinking, we will have a Britta water filter in the fridge ready to go for you.
Please NOTE, there is NO ice maker in the freezer, so bring your cooler for ice, or make ice with the trays provided.

The living room is furnished with a nice 65” flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! : An iron/ironing board, blow dryer, towels, couple rolls of TP and more. For longer stays you will likely need more supplies. Harris Teeter and Public’s Grocery stores only 1 mile away. There is a microwave in the game room and a hot air popcorn popper for your use.

For the kids there is a basketball hoop and ball to practice their shooting skills and get them off the Galaga video game system that they will want to play constantly! There are some board games in the cabinet near the Microwave as well. Bring an HDMI cable and you can connect to the 50" smart TV in the game room for some XBOX action.

In the backyard we have an awesome gas firepit and dimmable string lights for evening relaxation.
