You will love staying in this beautifully decorated, completely remodeled waterfront home. The open floor plan and spacious sliding glass doors offer stunning views of the water! We are just 2 blocks from Charlotte Harbor park which offers beautiful beaches, playground for the kids, community pool, basketball court and tennis courts. Our private pool and hot tub is now complete and ready for swimming! Our home is well furnished with books, games, toys and cozy furniture so you will enjoy yourself whether your out and about or staying in! :)

Summer Vacation

I had a fantastic experience renting this house! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the entire place had a cozy, welcoming feel. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.The owner/property manager was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process — from booking to check-out. Any minor questions or issues were addressed promptly and professionally.I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d happily return in the future!

Home away from home

We had a great stay at Sinclair place. Very easy to find. Very quiet neighborhood. Charlotte Park is closed due to repairs from the hurricanes last season, fyi. We drove to area beaches and explored them all!! Loved it. Could go north or south or even west…great location proximity but Port Charlotte as a town, really nothing there. Pool and hot tub/spa were great. Loved the decor and kitchen and lanai, very comfy bed….it was wonderful to come “home” after a busy day. Only me and hubby, so huge house for the two of us. Tami was very easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great House

Stayed in this house for over 2 weeks. There were some issues with the pool when I first arrived, but the owners had it resolved immediately. They were awesome! Wonderful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I would definitely go back.

Doesn’t Get Any Better

This is without a doubt one of the most comfortable homes we’ve rented. The beds met our high standards for sleeping. There are two couches the pictures do not show that reclined and we’re perfectly comfortable. Several soft throws for covering up for an afternoon nap or while watching one of three Televisions. The home is basically brand new; the interior was completely renovated with a nice functional kitchen, big refrigerator, seating for eight comfortably inside and ten outside on the oversized picnic table. The view regardless of where you sat was pleasing with the canal as a backdrop. The double glass front doors spill warm light into the home throughout the day while the AC cooled flawlessly. What struck me most; you could literally hear a pin drop, except for the birds that sung in the morning it was peaceful and quiet. Each morning I watched the sunrise from the kitchen table. I walked the neighborhood in several blocks in every direction, there didn’t appear to be any rentals. This made for a very nice experience, we felt welcomed. Neighbors greeted me as I passed everyone said good morning or afternoon. I felt safe and enjoyed exploring. The park and beach less than a 12 minute walk had it all. The beach is perfect for young children due to its white sand and shallow shore. Clean restrooms, pickle ball courts, recreation center and pool along with several pavilions for picnicking. The pool was warm at 85 degrees and received sun from morning till late afternoon. The way the pool is positioned offers privacy, along with some well placed plantings. The outdoor screened in porch was a great place to relax out of the sun with three overhead fans I never felt hot. The days were in the mid to high 80’s. The Master Bath was an oasis with a soaking tub double sink, shower and walk in closet changing room. All three bedrooms have ample storage space., Extra linens and pillows. The bunk bed room has a trundle bed under the double bed. The toys for children were nice, clean and thoughtfully chosen. As you can tell by my review we really loved this place, it had inspiring art, was tastefully decorated and a was our little slice of Heaven for three weeks. Thank you from our hearts for sharing your home!
