We have stayed in the Fort Myers area quite a few times and have never stayed in a nicer place. It was clean, absolutely no smoke smell, the pool was clean and inviting, went swimming every day. We all had a relaxing, stress-free time and for us that's the best vacation. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks again Troy for allowing us to check in a little early. Greatly appreciated it.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd with this host. As expected the house was spotless. We like to cook some meals and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has all the comforts of home. The pool is also heated. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication from this host is excellent!

Beautiful Home!!!

The home was Amazing! Troy was very accommodating and helpful. The kids loved the pool area and watching the fish in the canal. It was their first trip to Florida and they can’t wait to go back! We will definitely book with Troy again!

The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not better. It came stocked with tons of thoughtful amenities: drinks, coffee, shampoo, fishing poles, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The kitchen had a huge variety of spices, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beer in the fridge!A lot of these extras seem to be left by previous guests, so definitely check out the house before buying supplies.Troy was incredibly responsive and kind, no matter the time of day. He even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help.The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved seeing tarpon right off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful home! Super clean with lots amenities and extras. Spent the weekend with family of 4 and found plenty of food spots and activities. Kids loved the pool! Highly recommend!

This home is beautiful. Troy is very responsive and he thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The house was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful home and location!

My wife, niece, nephew and I really enjoyed our stay. This home had everything you need and it is clearly evident the owner takes great pride in providing guests with a top notch experience. Pictures do not do justice for this property. This is a beautifully appointed luxurious smart house in a safe neighborhood 3 minutes from golf and a Publix grocery store. The host was the best communicator. The pool is heated and larger than the photos. The area is so quiet. I will stay here again!

Amazing home!

If you are looking for a vacation rental that is comfortable, clean, modern and well-equipped this the home. The owner thought of everything to make your stay relaxing! The home is located about 45 minutes to several beautiful beaches. But, if the beach isn’t your thing, the pool/lanai area is perfect for a relaxing day at home. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and riding the bikes provided. We have rented many homes over the years and this home exceeded all my expectations!

Beautiful Home

Wow! This property will not disappoint. Troy was very accommodating with allowing us to switch our dates. The description of the home is modest, this property is pristine and more than I anticipated. I am super picky on renting a place and this by far exceeded my expectations. Honestly everything was available to you, a ton of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, plastic bags, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, towels, many appliances, even a nutra bullet, warm cozy blankets (if needed), soap, toilet paper....I could go on and on. I love the area of Punta Gorda, first time visiting. Easy to get to highways and so close to all amenities. My daughter and I even took a bike ride (with the bikes Troy supplies) and the neighborhood is stunning. Easy check in, no keys needed. Even beach chairs and a cooler. How can you ask for anything more. The back patio was comforting and beautiful sunsets as you enjoy the pool. We plan on coming back again. Honestly you can not tell this was a rental property. This is the best property I've ever stayed in. Thanks again Troy!

Best property in Punta Gorda!

I visited with my husband, his two sisters and their spouses. First, I must share that the home is BEAUTIFUL. Very well planned layout. Master is on one side of the living area with a posh en suite that includes a soaking tub that fills with water that comes down from the ceiling. Thick white towels for the bathrooms, beach towels for the pool. All of the lighting is labeled for what lights the switch is for. The canal was very quiet - only 2 boats passed by the entire week. Large fish swim in it at night - we could see them when the underwater light was on. All of the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Two coffee makers-a drip and a Keurig ;-) Seasonings, olive oil and more on the shelves. Full size washer and dryer that worked beautifully for the towels. There is a bathroom (toilet and sink) out by the pool. This works great for those who are using the pool and do not want to track water inside the house. It also provides privacy for those using the other two bedrooms who share a bathroom. Super cozy sofa in the living area with a very large screen TV that we watched March Madness Basketball on. There is so much GREAT about this property. I could obviously go on and on. Troy is a very interactive host. I would message him via VRBO to communicate and he would respond within the hour. Use the guidebook he has put together for the home and area it was very helpful. If we visit Punta Gorda again we will certainly stay here.
