The dream finca with heated pool (with extra cost) is absolutely quiet and is ideal for families or groups of friends and offers on the approximately 3,000 m2 outdoor area a lot of fun for young and old. The pool can be heated and is ecologically treated with saline chlorination. Children can play in the garden, where there is a trampoline, a ping pong table and a basket in the yard. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the covered barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. That all, with a wonderful view of the Atlantic sea and the mount Teide. Also an outdoor toilet with shower is available. The villa is comfortably decorated and furnished in a high-end country house style and features a cozy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shower room. All rooms have individual central heating, where responsible and eco friendly use is requested. A covered front terrace with sitting area and a large dining table also guarantee for many relaxing hours in the outdoor area. Parking is easy on the huge yard.
