The self-catering vacation home in the Eifel for up to 18 people

Our cozy self-catering house is located in the idyllic village of Roth near Prüm in the Schneifel. Renovated with great attention to detail, this approximately 300-year-old house offers plenty of space for larger groups and beds for up to 18 people and is ideal for group outings or your next family vacation.

To the former farmhouse belongs an approx. 2. 500 m² large property with trees and a large meadow. Our large fireplace with swing grill can be used for barbecues or bonfires. In the covered pavilion or on the two terraces you can z. B. breakfast outside.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove with an electric oven, a microwave, two refrigerators and a freezer. In the large lounge, in which the kitchen is integrated, there are dining tables, a sofa and a fireplace. There is also a tea kitchen.

In the living room you will find maps, excursion tips, games and a TV with DVD player. The rooms are fully furnished and all beds are equipped with bedding; Sheets and towels are not available.

Our house is located in the nature park north Eifel with its natural beauties, lakes, forests and historical sights. The Auwer reservoir is within walking distance; other beautiful hiking areas and destinations such as the mountain range Schwarzer Mann or the basilica in the climatic spa Prüm are located in the immediate vicinity.

In summer, the Kronenburg reservoir invites you to take a bath. In winter, there are snow walks and nearby ski and toboggan areas with lifts. The surrounding holiday regions such as the Moselle Valley, the High Fens in Belgium, the volcanic Eifel or Luxembourg can also be easily reached by day trips by car.
