Modern Waterfront Cottage with Private Beach & Firepit

Very special Amagansett spot with beach front access, fire pit, deck for family dinners, and all the relaxed east end vibes you dream about but thought there was too much traffic to attain. Lazy Point is *special* & hidden & pristine! You'll like my house if you like nature: dunes, beaches, bays, birds, oyster farms, clamming, and generally exploring the natural beauty of the east end. Very few places exist like this anymore! There is also an outdoor shower, brand new Monogram appliances, and a great grill. This is a kite surfer's, runner's and biker's paradise.
