Three nights visit with friends

Host was very friendly and helpful over phone and text. The place was very clean, rooms were nice and confortable. Very convenient being close to the security office, pools and dumpster. Addition to it, three bicycles were available for use.

first time at panama city beach

The condo was great. 1st floor had the laundry room, kitchen, half bath, dining area, living room, and back porch. the 2nd floor had the 2 bedrooms both with a bathroom a piece. also both upper bedrooms had its own balcony. the house was very clean and very stocked with everything needed. hair dryer, beach towels, and all the cookware needed to cook dinner inside. the car port was big enough for our SUV. The condo was right across from the office and pool. also the putt putt course. the 3 pools are huge. the walk from our room to the beach is about 10-15mins. so not too far to just walk. i would recommend this place to stay at. the owner was extremely responsive.

Awesome

Everything was great at the rental and the area. Jason was a great host and answered all questions. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board and we mentioned it to Jason. I would definitely rent again and suggest to others to rent as well.
