Or fly & drive from nearby Mobile or Pensacola.

This very comfortable 1,681 square foot 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Gulf Front condo is on the 5th or top floor. Enjoy your panoramic view of the beach and the always 84 degree pool below. Our condo is the perfect size for a medium sized family with relatives or even 2 families.

Enjoy complex wide FREE WI-FI and ALL Large Smart TVs are in all the bedrooms with a HD 70' in the living room where you can enjoy your favorite show while watching the waves roll in!

Great condo to stay. Plenty of space for our family. Easy walk out to the beach and beach ramp was in great shape. The Phoenix next door was crowded and loud as always but ours was much smaller and more relaxing. The other way down the beach was open and not crowded at all.

This condo was perfect for our last official spring break vacation with our daughter. The condo was described accurately and the unit was well appointed. We appreciated the location of the unit, as it sits on the corner of the top floor offering privacy, but beautiful Gulf front views. The grounds & pools are well kept. I appreciated the extra touches of organization the unit offered so guests can find items easily. We would definitely stay at this unit in the future as the central location is excellent! The communication with the owner was top notch & allowed for a smooth check in & check out. Thank you again!!

Richard's condo was a perfect home away from home. The unit was very spacious with a great view of the ocean and the pool. I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was and all of the other needed amenities. My husband has already reached out about booking again next summer.

We loved the condo and the location. If I had any complaints, it would be to have at least 2 sets of towels for the 8 people that are listed that can stay there. But we had a great time and thanks for renting your lovely condo to us. Will definitely come back again!!

Wonderful week

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Palm Beach Resort. The condo was well appointed with everything you could need and the property was so removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the beach, it provided such a relaxing retreat for our family. First off, it's very easy to find and getting in to the condo was quick and easy. The property was exactly as advertised, clean, well maintained, and convenient. No long lines for the elevators, the Richard, the host, couldn't have been more helpful!

We had wonderful time at this condo. It has beautiful views, is open and spacious, clean, and the beds and couches are incredibly comfortable. The view off the patio was hard to leave. We saw dolphins almost every morning and had a great view of the beach. We would for sure stay in this condo again and appreciate how kind and communicative Richard was. We had no issues but Richard made sure we knew he was available if we did. Excellent stay.

Susan, my lovely wife of 54 years retired some years back and downsized in the North. We then bought this condo in 2008 due to it's low-rise stature and the superior location, i.e. absolute Gulf front, it's close proximity to Gulf State Park (just across the street to the North is a main trailhead) and all the super restaurants nearby!

We winter in the same condo where we hope you vacation. Please, it would be our privilege to share our beautiful beach home with you!

Why they chose this property

Palm Beach Condominiums is located just 3 miles east of Route 59 and just a dozen beach houses removed from the mile and a half Gulf State Park shoreline. The nearest hi-rise is a good 1/2 mile further to the east. All this means you can enjoy the beach without the big crowds! When combined with your close proximity to restaurants and shopping, Palm Beach Condos offers the best of both worlds, i.e. being centrally located in a lower density Gulf front area!
