Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 10 people, including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 5 cars max. This home has a steep driveway.

Rental Requirements: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. You will be asked to verify your details with us by completing an independent verification to finalize your booking. The minimum age to book this house is 26.

Indoor space:
This 2,907 sq. ft. luxurious 4-bedroom contemporary retreat blends comfort and style for an elevated spring escape. The spacious living room is a showstopper, with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and sweeping panoramic views of Camelback. The open-concept dining area flows into a sleek, modern kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry - perfect for preparing seasonal meals while taking in the vibrant mountain scenery.

All 4 bedrooms are upstairs as follows:
-Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, work desk with monitor and chair, propane fireplace, Peloton bike, and lounge chairs offering the best view in the house.
-Bedroom #2 with a queen-sized bed.
-Bedroom #3 with a queen-sized bed.
-Bedroom #4 with two bunk beds, full-sized on the bottom, and twin-sized on the top, with Smart TV.

Screened in sunroom with hot tub and lounge area:
When you're ready to soak up the great outdoors, step out onto the screened-in porch and bask in the warmth of your very own hot tub, offering the ultimate relaxation amidst nature's beauty. *Please note that the hot tub is currently undergoing maintenance and will be available for use after Labor Day*

The downstairs game room is a real treat, featuring:

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
