The house is perfect for large families. There's plenty of space and activities for kiddos downstairs and a quiet comfortable space for adults upstairs. Deanna is a pleasure to communicate with and has everything well stocked in the house. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the master shower was a hit. Everyone fought to take their shower in there. We enjoyed all three of the beaches at the lake and the endless stream of deer walking around. Truly a relaxing place.

Great Family vacation home

Perfect location for Yosemite!

This was our first time visiting Yosemite and didn’t know the area. We took a change with Groveland and were completely happy with our choice. It was a convenient drive to the park. Groveland it self was a charming mountain town. The house was gorgeous and comfortable after a full day at the park. The kids loved the game room downstairs. We will stay here again if we ever go back to Yosemite.

What a pleasure!

Our group of 10 family members enjoyed every minute in this stunning home! We had four fewer people than we'd expected when I booked the house, but it was so lovely in the photos, there was no way we were going to look for something smaller. It more than lived up to those photos! Even though it's a very large home, it still felt very comfy. The beds are amazingly comfortable (you don't always find that!), the bathrooms are stunning, the kitchen is beautiful and was perfect for cooking our family meals. My family enjoyed the pool table, as well as the other table games there (foosball, air hockey and ping pong) when they weren't at the beautiful lake or the swimming pool! The house is in a wonderful location and getting to the beaches was quick and easy. Oh...and the fishing was great. My son-in-law caught some beautiful bass. He was thrilled! There were a few times I contacted the host (Deanna) with questions...and she was readily available and answered quickly. She was just wonderful as our host. Every one of us is hoping we can stay here again in the future. The week passed too quickly! It really was a pleasure to stay here!

Spectacular & spacious vacation home

This property's pictures don't do it justice!! The home is so well thought out, spacious, and clean. It exceeded out group's expectations 100% Our group of 8 had a trip planned to Yosemite and chose to stay at Deanna's place because of the proximity to the park (1-1.5 hours away depending on where you want to be in the park). The highlights: - Huge fully stocked kitchen. Anything you think of, even a milk frother for your nespresso, is there. - Open bar area downstairs - Ping pong, foosball, air hockey - Huge roomy bathrooms and comfortable beds Deanna was extremely reliable and hospitable. Any questions we had, she was there to answer quickly. She even left a bottle of wine for us and a small hiking kit (sunscreen, chapstick, mosquito wipes, etc.) Definitely recommended for large groups. We had a wonderful time and hope we have the chance to stay again in the future!

Wow, what a fantastic experience!

This home is an entertainers paradise and family friendly as well! We were here in Groveland for a family reunion and we wanted our adult children and grand to stay with us and found this jewel of a home listed. We were so impressed when we drove up and saw this beautiful home! The check in was a breeze and as we walked through we noted the well appointed rooms with luxury touches everywhere. This home is extremely comfortable and welcoming and set up for a families and entertaining. Our granddaughters had so much fun in the game room and with all of the toys as well. The adults had some epic fun foozeball and air hockey matches as well! We really enjoyed our time here and found that we didn’t want to leave! Our host Deanna was so sweet and very responsive to our texts and phone calls. We could tell that she truly wanted us to have a wonderful time and that we made some special memories while we stayed there. She even had cookies set out for us upon arrival! All of our kids and grandkids made some fantastic memories while we stayed here. Thank you Deanna for allowing us to stay at your amazing home!

Our story is very simple.. We came to Pine Mountain Lake over two decades ago for the first time and fell in love. We fell in love with the welcoming community, three sandy beaches, warm and clear water, beach - front restaurant, kayaking and boating, fishing, hiking, easy access to Yosemite (and Rainbow Pools!), Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, casinos, summer pool access, horseback riding, nearby shooting ranch, tasty food at a scenic Grill restaurant, evening barbecues, and oh yes - the summer Friday movie nights under the stars! Each year since has been an absolute must to visit and share the fondest times with family and friends.

We'd love to share with you our love with this wonderful private community without compromising the luxury of feeling home away from home.
