Nestled in the rolling hills adjacent to the famed Santa Fe Opera sits the beautiful Casa Serena, “House of Serenity”. Take in views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains and the Badlands north to Colorado as you enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living in this spacious house, guest house, and studio. As you approach the home, pass through the gate to lush gardens and grand views. To your right, a spacious main home with soaring ceilings and an abundance of natural light. First as you enter the home to an open and inviting great room, complete with one of the home’s four kiva fireplaces, luxurious but comfortable furnishings, traditional Santa Fe style viga beams, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the property’s spectacular views. A dining table with comfortable seating for 8 makes leads to an open kitchen with Jenn-Air, new Miele & new GE appliances, beautifully-crafted cabinetry, stone countertops and all the tools necessary for a gourmet chef. Off the living room you’ll find the guest bedroom that can be set as a king bed or two twins depending on your needs. Down the hallway past the full laundry room you’ll find the generous master suite complete with spacious private bath, walk-in closet, kiva fireplace, king size bed, and more gorgeous views. Back to the front entry and to the left, you’ll pass a large built-in outdoor grill and outdoor dining table for 8 on your way to the guest studio with queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another kiva fireplace and access to the outside with garden & mountain views. Beyond that, the separate Casita (Guest House) features an open living room and kitchenette, queen bedroom, bathroom, and queen sofa sleeper with a private portal offering distant views to Colorado.

Cable TV and high-speed internet throughout the property keep you connected when you want to be.
